Success for the open day of Fulgor Milano

The Open Day event of Arco Sas, a Fulgor Milano historic distributor, was held with success in the city of Vicenza (Veneto region). For the occasion a show cooking session was organized with the new line of multifunction ovens signed by Fulgor Milano, used to prepare 100 pizzas for the guests. This oven, in fact, can bake in just 2 minutes and 30′ seconds, thanks to the 350 ° C Pizza function. Alongside the presentation of some new proposals like the blast chiller FBC 4500 TC X, the participants could know and appreciate Sofia, the free-standing kitchen of the new Professional line, in the matt black version, and the outdoor barbecue SBQ 1000 G X.
